Merck denies any connection between its product and this serious bone condition, but the FDA has indicated that Fosamax should be labeled with warnings concerning osteonecrosis of the jaw.
If you or a loved one has developed osteonecrosis of the jaw after taking Fosamax, you may be entitled to seek damages for your injury. Call Bruce D. Townsend at 845-778-2228 for a free legal consultation with one of our attorneys.
